In December 2017, working with CULTURALDC and the National Zoo in Washington, I had the chance to mount an exhibit in a shipping container converted into a mobile gallery, and took the opportunity to address through art one of the ways in which plant and insect invasive species find their way to our shores, using shipping pallets as framing devises for some of the work. The mobile gallery was placed at the National Zoo and I was able to consult with scientists at the Smithsonian National Conservation Biology Institute to inform the work.
